Need 'HELP' with GPS Navigation System!

I have a 2013 Town and Country. When I first bought it I had this problem when I pressed the Nav button it would go to a screen that said Guidance by Garmin and just stays there and never goes back to the GPS.

I found a video on Youtube that showed how to perform a soft reset on the system and it worked fine and did not have a problem for 2 years until today when it started doing the same thing. I looked on youtube but cannot find the same video.

Will someone please help me by laying out the instructions for resetting the UConnect system?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you've been experiencing concerns recently. To do a soft reset of your Uconnect system:
- Close the driver side door
- Put the car into accessory mode
- Push the volume and tuning ***** on the radio in together for 30 seconds
- Turn the key off and open the drivers door for 30 seconds
