I'm Jake. New to the forum, so still not familiar with all the rules. Please forgive me in advance if I make any transgressions, tell me what I did wrong and it won't happen again.
I'm a retired truck driver, have been bending wrenches all my life (some for me, and some as a profession) so I know my way around a car. My hobbies are tinkering on my rides, electronics repair and sound engineering/mixing.
I am soon to be purchasing a 2007 Limited Touring 300 from a long distance away. I'm 500 miles from the car, I have a mechanic friend that is going to look at it for me this Saturday. Is anyone willing to offer up some inspection points that wouldn't be covered by a normal used car inspection? Quirks or issues that this model may have?
