Question Oil and coolant leaks- now a new noise!

2001 Chrysler Sebring sedan 2.7 V6 - 200 Horsepower -purchased new in Aug 2001
I just took my car to the dealer for its regualr oil change and to report a silver dollar size drip of oil on the garage floor. I was told that I had 2 oil leaks and 2 coolant leaks. Replaced the coolant outlet housing, front cover gasket, front crank seal and oil pan gasket. After this was done I drove the car about 60 miles and parked it - within 3 hours there was a very large area of oil under the car - same spot on the passengers' side in the front near the wheel area. I called the dealer , took it back and was told that the oil pan drain plug was loose, they did put this in writing. When I spoke to the service writer, she said that the oil level was in the "safe" zone when the car was returned. So far no leaks BUT now I have a very odd sound. Somtimes it sounds like something is loose, like marbles in a can or like a coffee grinder. Noticed more first start in the morning, seems to get quieter when the engine warms up. Engine seems to run fine, tranny seems to shift fine. Not really sure what is going on I just know that I did not have this sound before.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
I get all the regular oil changes at 3000 miles and deal with the same car dealership and techs. Techs know I take good care of it and this car has been very reliable. The car had 72306 miles on it when I took it in for the oil leak. It has only been a week and the car now has bout 72400
any ideas would be appreciated.

Talking Oil and coolant leaks- now a new noise! - retd to dealer

I am so surprised that no one even wanted to take a guess at this. especially the Chrysler Tech.
I realize that not actually hearing the sound is an issue but don't you want a challenge?

I took it back to the dealer and was told that the belt for the air conditioner needed adjusted. Second time back for the same tech that worked on it the first time. So far, so good but I only picked it up a few hours ago. First he didn't tighten the plug on the drain pan, now he didn't tighten the belt on the air conditioner. Hopefully nothing else is loose

the simple reason why I dont do leaks and or noises is because I cant hear them online and I cant see a leak online. Simple as that
