My check engine light is not illuminating at. No, light no pass. Don't have a clue why. Initially my entire instrument cluster wasn't working. Changed out the PCM and the BCM. Instrument panel's now working but no check engine light. Oh and now that my gauges are working. my headlamps won't come on. Windshield wipers don't work, and the "Headlights On" chime stays on while driving. The vans running descent. Almost sure it'll pass smog if the check engine light worked. I need some input, please. simply bulb burnt out on teh cluster u put in? The light should come on during start up for a bulb check
