Probably one of the coolest toys I have ever purchased! Not car related...
Anyone ever played with a green laser pointer? I've had one for over a year now and it has been the BEST $70.00 purchase I have ever made. I've been fascinated with laser pointers since they came out with the red ones, in the mid 90's. Now the green ones are available and AMAZINGLY BRIGHT! I have taken it to amusement parks, San Francisco on the 4th of July Celebration (shining it through the smoke and night sky). People freaked out when I was making 30' diameter circles on buildings and in the trees. I had it at the Grand Canyon and I was making about 300' diameter circles in the canyon walls. That was friggin crazy. Any hoo, Just thought I wold pass along about the fun. It's a must for every gadget guy. Oh, and you can herd those annoying black birds that congregate in the trees from 800 feet away. I was in San Antonio shining it across a freeway in the evening and the 10 million birds were freaking out. They were flying around at my will.
If anyone gets one, buy the ATLAS NOVA brand! They are tuned to be the brightest. I bought another brand, and it wasn't as bright as my friends Atlas Nova, so I bought the Atlas Nova and it is ALOT brighter than the other brands... Just don't shine them on airplanes. Seriousely.... it would be bad.
