I dont know about the Price but as a matter of water pump you need to check with the dealership when usually leaks or baring gets damage in the water pump if it is close to your car condition as age or mileage then it is good idea to change it as well since you will save some money for labor charge cause the mechanic will reach to the pump easy and it is on his way other wise he will have to reopen the same amount of unites to reach it if it got damage. otherwise if the water-pump is fine and it is heavy money to buy it you can chose to not change it

so my advice if it is cheap just buy it and change it

moreover you have to change the idler bully as well and if equipped change sub idler

sorry to post twice I changed the timing belt once for my fathers Lexus LX470 and the dealership said that water-pump will get damaged usually after 20000KM after timing belt and it costs 140$ so I decided to change it and when the mechanic opened it he said that the water pump was rotating harder than a good one and it was going to get damage soon and it was a good call to change it

also if the fan for your car is belt fan not electronic then also check its baring if it is good or not
