I have a '99 Chrysler, Cirrus 2.5L and am in the process of replacing the timing belt. Almost there - took off e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g but the engine mounted power steering bracket/casting. Took out two bolts from lower end of casting, but cannot find another fastener anywhere anytime! Spent 4 HOURS looking for other fasteners...nothing. Have official Chrysler shop manual ($100 variety) and it goes into all kinds of detail on removing other items (number of bolts, locations, etc), but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on the engine-mounted power steering bracket/casting.

Car up on jack stands. HELP!!
