I welcome. I have a problem at neon light it isn't known why is showing not full digits of kilometres. At the test of the meter sections of digits are full and legible. After zeroing of the daily meter to 13 km he is showing reading rooms but after crossing them is cutting sections and digits are not legible. It is neon light from 2002r.
He wanted me also to learn what the P1653 error means
