2013 Chrylser 300"S" Touch Screen
It seems anytime is get below 35 degrees the Touch Screen will not function when touched. This has happened several times. This morning 31 degrees outside we had driven about 30 minutes so plenty of time for everything to warm up. Screen would not change. I turned off the engine and hit the "start" button for accessory only. The Touch Screen would then operate normally. Any ideas and is anyone else out there experiencing a similar situation?

Hi. A few days ago, the screen on our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica LX ceased working. The vehicle has about 48500 miles. We've had weirdness with the screen including when heat and humidity was high so we hoped that maybe the screen was settling into Winter in Wisconsin. At least once since the screen stopped displaying properly, it illuminated, it flashed like it was trying to display, but then it went black again. Last Winter, when we were still under warranty, we had numerous problems, including with the screen when one of the vehicle's batteries failed. Now, tired of waiting for the screen to start working again, including to turnoff the heated seat, to see with the backing camera, to turn-on the radio, all the functions controlled by the touchscreen, we took it to the Chrysler dealer. We just learned that the screen costs almost $2000 to replace! Is there a recall yet for this vehicle's screen? This is the third time this vehicle has been to the dealer disabled! When we purchased our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica we had great hopes that we would have dependable transportation for many miles. We are very frustrated and disappointed. Can you, please help?

2017 Chrysler Pacifica screen malfunction and display
Our vehicle was most recently diagnosed at Don Miller Chrysler Dodge in Madison, WI on Wednesday, 12/11/2019. Please note that I’m pretty sure we paid to have a diagnosis during January, 2019 when we had many problems, including with the screen and during early July, 2018, when the vehicle completely died while we were in LaCrosse, WI - the minivan was towed to and serviced at Pischke Motors in West Salem, WI, also an authorized Chrysler dealer. The VIN is 2C4RC1BG1HR794605. Thank you.

We have a 2018 Chrysler 300 Touring first radio died
about 24 months radio replaced now with new radio
same problem black screen in backup radio goes wide
open not able to turn sound down of course now warranty
is out. They just installed new program last Friday and
Monday started acting up! I told them its the module that
is feeding the power to the radio is causing the problem
but they can only do what Chrysler tells them to do!
Purchased my first new Dodge 1966 Cornet 440 had
dodge pickups, plymouths, Chryslers. Had a 1977 Dodge
1/2 ton pickup the resiter block pm tje fire wall would die
1 year Like it died on July 7 1967 it would be dead on July
7 1968, The only other problem I had I purchased a 1969
Fury 3 and with over 165K tranny died only problems but
this 2018 Chrysler the radio problem is a HAZARD VERY
DANGEROUS when It decides to quit any thing controled
by the radio you can't control anything until the radio
decides to return to normal. If I get the radio replaced
I will be driving something different before the year is up
