Hello all! i got my sebring running a while back by installing a "new" (junk yard) distributor in it and all was well. in the process of diagnosing what was wrong i replaced the iac(idol air control valve), tps(throttle position sensor), and cps(crankshaft position sensor). the car was running okay but now when the car is at idol every now and then it has a mis in it and also when i come to a stop and i try to go the car has some serious missing problems but its not all the time. i tried to adjust the distributor thinking the timing wasnt correct but that didnt really help. my thoughts on it are that maybe the distributor isnt good..or the crank position sensor isnt adjusted correctly because i read that someone adjusted theirs and it fixed their problems. or my thinking is that one of the spark plug wires are arcing or one of the gaps on the spark plugs are worn out and its getting a blow by type thing..im not too sure...any suggestions would be appreciated.
