Default 1999 plymouth grand voyager 3.3L - radiator fan not working!

Help! My radiator fan is not working. Due to this, the Van overheats! I replaced the radiator itself a few month ago due to a small leak and everything was working fine. I just now replaced the radiator fan relay and it still doesn't turn on. I check all fuses, connections and every looks good. There's plenty of fluids in the radiator! I even test the fan motors and they are good too! The van still overheats due to this. Once it reaches the right temperature the fan is suppose to kick in but that's not happening. What else could it be?

Did you check/replace the temp sensor (part number: 33004281) next to the thermostat?

Note: The temp sensor should have a value between 700-1000 ohm when the engine is hot, and around 3KOhm at normal temperature.

Check this:
1) Gently open the clip and pull the connector off of the temp sensor.
2) Start the engine and the fans should now work.

If not let a qualified mechanic/dealer check your PCM (Power Control Module) – assuming that the fan relay, fuses and what not have been checked correctly.

Is your AC working/fully functional? Please note that the AC kicks in the fans a lot more often due to the extra heat

I hope this help.

Unhappy 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager hard steering no power steering

I have a 97 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.3 liter with 116,xxx miles,
It has a problem, when driving making turns or just moving the steering wheel, it has hard steering making it difficult to take turns wile driving, the has no power steering, I changed the Power Steering Pump,
and it still has no power steering at all, and that pump is good, I think its my Rack and Pinion thats going bad, since then I haven't driven my van.

Does anyone know what's wrong with my 97 Plymouth Grand Voyager,
let me know.
