Default My Chrysler voyager has a fuel supply problem

I have an 1997 petrol Chrysler Voyager, it stopped working the other day, it has a spark from the plugs but I noticed the fuel pump wasnt working. I connected the pump directly to the battery and it worked, I dont have any power going to the fuel pump. I checked the fuel pump fuse and it is o.k. The fuel relay is working and the automatic shut off relay is working also. I'm getting a fault code 31 "purge solinoid open or shorted" I connected the solinoid directly to the battery and it works, there is no power going to the soilinoid either. Could the problem be either of the cam/crank relays or the oil pressure switch, if anyone can help me with this it would be much appreciated. thanks in advance.....

Default no start

When you jumpered the fuel pump did the engine start? As for the oil pressure switch, if the oil light is not on the I would think it is ok.
