Fog light bulb

Default Fog light bulb

Can someone ell me how to remove the bulb from fog lights?It is very cold out so i dont want to break the holde by pruing or pulling on it.

Here that reminds me I've got one out too. I've got front of car up on ramps at moment doing Thermostat so I had a look. As far as I can see there's a rubber cap covering a hole in rear of light and if you remove cap you can see the bottom of the lamp inside. I take it it just unclips and comes out.
Mind you, on learning about these cars it could be an earth, fuse of other fault.

I have a 1999 LE & you have to remove 2 small hex headed screws from
top edge flange of fog light, have to lie down to see 'em, mine were rusted in
& had struggle to get out. Then fog light should slide out of bumper.
Clip off back & spring retainer & connector.
