Default no power at take off

hi guys I was wonder if you could help me pin point the problem I have with my grand voyager2.5 crd , when I pull away from lights or at an island , there seems to be no power to take off , it drives perfect on a run when I put my foot down , I have blanked the EGR valve off and fitted a new timing belt last week
