I have a 98 Chrysler Cirrus LXi, 2.5 V6. Turns over but won't start. Pulled fuel line at fuel rail while wife started car, no fuel comes out. If I stick a small screwdriver in the fuel line and depress the check valve(?) while she is turning it over fuel comes gushing out...reattach it to the fuel rail and still no start. Should I in fact see fuel coming out when I take that line off, or is that valve in there a preventive measure in case the line comes off the rail?
