Default Broken Fuse

Hello everyone! I'm having a problem with a fuse.

The fuse for the Antilock system, blew. when I tried to pull it out, it broke off.
The two prongs are stuck in the fuse block(the one under the hood)

How can I get these out? Will I have to remove the fuse block to do it?
If so, How difficult is it?
Also, is there any danger in running the car like this?

Thanks , in advance, for your help!

Mike
