Default Cirrus 1999: Rough Idle

Cirrus 1999: 180,000 km
Rough Idle after dealership did tuneup, this showed up a few days later, 3 tanks of gas later , @1000 km or so still same thing, driving seems ok
seems worst when less than half tank ( not confirmed) and later in the day seems more erratic
I do service calls.

Plugs, cap, wiring were changed at time of tune up and throttle body cleaned, and 2 rusted out and leaking frost plugs replaced.

Rpm at a stopcan vary from @500 to 750. the car shakes, can hesitate on moving

The car has been back at the dealer, they saw no issues, and rechecked their work.
