Default Rear Timing Belt Cover

So i'm changing my water pump/timing belt(98 Cirrus, 2.5L 278 000KM). But i'm suck on get the rear cover for the timing belt off. It seems like the bracket that allows the power steering pulley to swivel is blocking me. I took out the bolts at the back of the block near the firewall, everything else is taken off. I'm at a lost on what to look for. Only the frickin' "L" shaped bracket that is screwing me. Anyone have any suggestions?
