Default Need help, Chrysler PT Cruiser 2006

Can someone help me, why does my instrument panel light up and then go off when i make a slight right turn or a right turn? This happens sporadically, not all the time, allthe lights will go on, the engine light, the oil light, seatbelt light, gas light, etc., etc., and then all of them turn off and it goes back to normal. It seems to happen whenI am making the right hand turns, and one time, it dinged after it lit up and lit off. And another time as I was turning around to the right, I heard a creakingnoise like in the steering wheel area .

I have also had trouble getting my key out of the ignition, and it's not locked, it's just like stuck and the ignition won't release it. To get it to release it, I take the shift handle and take it from park, and go all the way down to the last command, D-3 ? and then back up to Park, and then it will release the key. I have tried the lubicants and all that, they don't work, and it seems to really happen when it is hot outside. Due to finances, I put up with it, but I am wondering if this is all related.

Thanks!!!!
