I need Some advice please

I have an 2004 pt cruiser touring cad 2.2 diesel and it has started to bang a bit when going over speed bumps and bumpy road, and i am not sure what it is, has anyone else had this problem if so what was it and how did you sort it.

You'll need to experiment a bit to give us some feedback.

Things like, only the front, or only the back, or right front, etc.

Could be a shock mount, a ball joint, a strut, but something's loose. It could also be cargo under a seat or in the back that you don't know is there. Give the car a close inspection for loose items inside, and under the hood. You may find that you have no problem to fix. (Wouldn't that be nice!!!)
