The codes are for battery disconnect and the other is you have a vacuum leak some where

P1294-target idle not reached, may be due to IAC issue. (Idle Air Control)
Has the throttle body/IAC ever been cleaned? May want to remove and clean both.
Sounds like it will start after the battery is disconnected. IAC auto resets once power is removed then adjusts as needed when running.
Will it start if you depress the gas slightly when starting? Another indicator that the throttle body needs cleaning.

It does not start when pressing the gas down.
