I just got home from a 12 hour trip from TN to Fort Lauderdale. When i filled up the last time, I started having an intermittant issue. My fuel gauge will all of a sudden drop to empty, low fuel light comes on for about 1-2 seconds, then it goes right back up. A few seconds to a few minutes later, it will do it again. I got out and checked my fuel cap, it was fine, so started driving. Few minutes later, it does it again.

Any ideas what it could be? Also, my door interior door seals seem to be shrinking around the corner area. Any way to properly fix this issue?
