3.2L head gasket job

Putting that thing in there was the worst idea ever. The weep hole system usually works but if it has a major bearing failure it takes down the timing system and dumps AF in the crankcase....wow. Sucky..

Hey Ponch, sorry I didn't get back to you on the cost. Looks like yours could be different since it's the 2.7. As for the cam lock tools, I ordered them on line from Miller Tools. They were $32 for a set of two. However, I ended up getting the heads decked and completely cleaned out because I had two exhaust valves that had becomne slightly bent and exhaust was coming up on top of the head. Came back looking like new. They are still useful when trying to set the timing because you basically have to get the cam in the right spot for the tool to fit. Just make sure you don't forget to pull them off and put the cam thrust plates back on. As for the cost, here you go:
Head Gasket set from Advance auto parts - $155
Timing Belt from Advance auto parts - $45
Timing Belt pulley from Advance Auto - $31
Water Pump - $52
Cam Lock Tool from Miller Tools - $32
Cam Shaft Bolt from Chrysler - $19
Heads reworked - $535
Wrench 1 7/16 to hold Cam Shaft Sprocket when removing bolt - $13
Had to replace power steering pump because after sitting up for a few weeks, it made all kinds of noise once I got the car running again (probably going bad and after sitting up, the bearing froze up) Advance Auto parts - $46
Also bought new plugs, oil, radiator flush to clean out system, and new power steering fluid.
