94 lhs a/c problem

94 lhs a/c problem
My 94 LHS A/C pulley/clutch froze up, burning off the belt. Any opinions if the clutch is just shot or can it be the compressoer itself?? I f just the clutch, can it be changed without having to take all the refrigerant out??
