Any help on my issue would be greatly appreciated. Had some work done to my 96 LHS and when it began to get hot outside my ac no longer worked at all when it was working great before my other repairs. Compressor will not kick on and I try to put Freon in it but it says it’s full. I’m not too car savvy but I’m trying to learn bcuz I enjoy it. Any ideas? Idk where to start. I have checked all relays and fuses tho and they r good.

I had new water pump put in

 

see if fans are plugged in see if compressor is plugged in
