Default Concorde 3.2L Low Idle

2000 Chrysler Concorde LXI 3.2L 100,000 miles. I just bought this car, it's real nice and clean and runs great. I replaced the timing belt a couple of weeks ago as it was due.

Starting yesterday, occasionally, my idle drops down to 500RPM with the engine in gear like when stopped at red stop lights. My oil pressure light flickers at the same time when the RPM's get down to 500.

What is the RPM supposed to be on the 3.2L? Do I have cause for concern with the oil pressure or is it directly related to the low RPM?

It doesn't do it all the time, sometimes if I move the steering wheel or the AC kicks on the RPM goes up a bit, but at other times...it just idles itself down to around 500RPM. So, it appears the Idle Control Valve is working at least some of the time.
