Default Problem with O2 sensors P0141, P0058, P0057

Hi,
after a transmission swap from ´99 2.7L to ´02 3.5L this codes came up. I´ve tried to change sensors, but still the same. Is there something common for these sensors, grounding or wire, which could cause these codes at once? Thanks
