96 Concorde LXi 180 000 km, no oil consumption, no engine error codes, fuel pressure at idle 39 PSI, auto shop inspected cam and crankshaft position sensors, spark plugs replaced, at city speeds and very light loads engine slightly hesitates.

Why does the engine slightly hesitate?

 

Throttle body removed and cleaned last? T/B and or IAC need to be cleaned and can cause this issue
