Screen is flashing randomly between radio stations. It started flashing randomly when in the navigation mode and I couldn’t exit out. It had selected an address to take me to. This is very dangerous and frightening.
How do we fix this? It should be a recall.
I have read through the forum and a lot of people have had this problem. I bought this car, a 2017 Chrysler 300 Limited and I am sorry to say I have had it in the shop more than any vehicle I have ever owned. I am very disappointed in the quality. I loved the vehicle style and ride but I can’t tolerate the poor quality thus far.
This particular problem is being experienced by many owners and I would like to know if there is a recall? It is very dangerous for a person to be on the road without being able to control the vehicle. If this isn’t handled as a recall I will never buy another Chrysler. Please help!

I have a 2018 Chrysler 300 and the Top of the screen is delaminating and continuously changes channel, beeps, turns the radio all of the way up suddenly and is very unsafe.
