2017 Chrysler 300S screen delaminating
As we all know, the screen delaminating is a well-known FCA manufacturing defect.
for some background, I had my 2017 Chrysler 300 since it was 1 year old with 9,000 miles. Even then, the radio would often freeze, go black, or malfunction. It was more of an annoyance at the time she would usually correct itself, especially after restarting the car.
same thing with the screen delaminating, it started while still under warranty and was just an eye sore at the time. However, now it does “action” actions and has a mind of own and I almost got in a car accident because it tried dialing someone over 50 times in a row and I couldn’t control it while driving home in rush hour.
I took my car to a dealership since it was now a safety concern, and they said to reach out to customer service for a good will repair since my car is now slightly out of warranty.
long story short, FCA refused even though this is a huge safety concern, class action law suit, well known issue, and all started while the car was under warranty. Chrysler support is a complete joke with zero loyalty or car to its customers. I hope they continue to become an irrelevant company and go bankrupt, which they deserve, and I hope we all advocate against them and in the meantime get what we deserve, which is at least a good will repair until an extended warranty or recall is issued.

Sorry that happened to you. Same thing has happened with our 2018 Chrysler 300. Chrysler needs to recall for this issue and reimburse us costs to fix it. There are so many with this same issue. Seems like it is 2017 - 2019 Chrysler vehicles. You would think with so many having this same issue, Chrysler would do something about it. Come on Chrysler.
