Default 1999 Sebring Conv - no electrical power

Probably a fuse, but before I try and pull everyone of them thought I would get some advice.

Ran fine on Friday. Went to start it on Monday and nothing. No horn, now power to anything.

Battery is less than one year old, and I could not charge it with a battery charger.

Any suggestions on if this is a fuse or relay. Or should I just get it towed to a mechanic and let him mess with it....

You might have left the lights on and killed the battery. You might have corrosion right at the battery or in one of the connections to the battery. First check the battery voltage, then check for voltage from the battery to the fuse boxes and go from there.
