There should be a corresponding mark on the oil pump housing. Confirm TDC by sticking a wooden dowel in the #1 spark plug hole and verify that you are at the top of the stroke. TDC for # 1 cylinder should be also TDC for #4.

Just wanted to say thats for your guys help, got my brother car running yesterday, I dont work on jap engines much so that what all the questions were for. But thats again, btw it took me being my first time about 12 hours what it usually take.
