2001 4dr Sebring dash speaker installation

2001 4dr Sebring dash speaker installation
Does anyone know how to access the front dash speakers on a 2001 4dr chrysler sebring? I pulled out the tabs on the front but, there seems to be tabs near on the windshield side as well, anyone know a good technique to get these free?

I'm looking for Chrysler Stratus/Sebring 1996/1997 Speaker Cover left an right door, tan/beige. Partnumbers:
0JS62SK5 1 *O0 Tan, With Infinity Speakers, Right
and
0JS63SK5 1 *O0 Tan, With Infinity Speakers, Left
