Default 2001 Sebring Hot Cold problem

Hello good evening. I am from germany and drive a 2001 Sebring Sedan 2.7 engine. I have a problem with my ventilation and since there are no more chrysler dealers arround in germany and the other brands repair shops cant help me cause the car is very rare here, i thought you heard of this problem. For a long time my car didnt change the blow position between windshield, feet and face and hot and cold. When he finaly did, it took like 10 minutes to react. We changed both blend and mold door accuators and also the entire Ac control unit with the 3 *****. At first it seem that i worked for a while, but last week on a 5 hour Autobahn ride, i noticed again he doenst change between cold and hot and it was getting very hot in the car. He changes the blow position, but only blows hot air, although it was freezing outside. He doenst change to the outside cold air. When i start the car everytime i hear the acctuators working for like 30 seconds, they seem to try to change position without me doing anything, but it doenst seem to work, like he doenst know his last position. I also tryed to reset the system by holding the rear window defrost button and position 3 / windshield, but it says AC 23...58..etc on the gauge cluster, but he doesnt finish, waited more then 15 minutes and canceled every time. I feel like something is blocking the air channel doors from opening and closing, maybe something is stuck or the hinges are rusty... any idea? I mean its better having hot air in winter then cold air, but still is annoying.

So basicly the problem was the already new blend door actuator was bad again. The inner gears fell apart so it made noise like it worked, but couldnt shift.
