2002 Chrysler Sebring Convertible
Hi my signals and hazards stopped working. After reading something similar in the forum here I checked the fuse, changed the combination flasher (the green box) AND changed out the signal arm (switch?) and my signals and hazards still WON’T WORK. $100 down the drain to fix something that still isn’t working. Any help would be appreciated!!! TYIA!!!
thank you I’ll try that next. Where are the ground wires located and how can u tell if they are bad??? I find it so weird that the wipers work n the lights but not the signals. Lol driving me crazy
Leading from each light fixture will be a number of wires, one of which is black. That's the ground wire. Follow it until you find a place where the black wire is screwed to the metal of the car. Loosen the screw a little, wiggle the connection to break up any corrosion, then re-tighten the screw.
You should have checked the bulbs first. When in doubt about any repair, always do the cheapest and easiest things first. No point in spending a hundred dollars if it could be a five dollar repair.
