Does a turbo exist for the 02 Sebring lx 2.7? And would it be feasible to install one? Does the motor have what it takes to undergo the amount of forced air that a turbo put out?

no.
with enough money anything is feasible.
probably not.

and yes, i've thought about it.
the better bet is to start hunting for a Mexican Sebring. they could be had with the 2.4L turbo engine from the pt/neon cars. (in fact, they had it first.)

 

So most likely this would be a car better left as is then.
