Default 2003 Sebring wipers not working

2003 Sebring LX, 2.4L, 4 cylinder, sedan.

Fuse is ok. Fluid works. Replaced the switch in the steering wheel and still won't work.

When turning the wipers on, nothing happens. No noise. Washer fluid works.

Should I try replacing the motor next. If so, any tips/how to?

I don't have any diagnostic equipment to test for power getting to the motor, etc.

No check engine light.

with no way to test it then yeah get to throw parts at it until u get it fixed.
Best thing is to buy a service manual for your repairs

You can buy a multimeter for a lot less than you'll spend on replacing good parts:

Found the solution.

It would appear the ground for the wipers was corroded and needed fixed.
