2004 Limited 3.0 Jumping/Snatching Issue
The title is just the surface. This is the problem I have..
Again, 2004 Sebring Limited V6 3.0
The car "snatches/jumps,thumps, or a combination of the 3 depending on the *speed*" on the second shift of the gear, every time. *
* I say every second shift but it also depends on the speed how hard the car snatches or thumps or jumps from a scale of very hard and painful if slowly shifting into second or not at all if moving very quickly into second shift, excess of speed 70.
Furthermore, the car does NOTHING if the battery is reset at any time for at least 30 miles. Again if I unhook my battery and restart it, the car will not do the jumping stuff for awhile but gradually starts again.
I need help to pinpoint this issue because I've been at it for about two years not and I have no idea what to do.
Any help would be appreciated

When you erase the memory it takes the TCM a while to relearn clutch volumes and such. When it does the issues return. Get a good trans guy to look the data stream and road test it.
