My 2004 Grand voyager 2.5 crd has started jumping out of 3rd gear, it started when coming down gears but now does it going up gears too, it's like it's not fully engaging into gear, there's no crunch and if you press the clutch and try again it eventually goes into gear sometimes taking two or three attempts, could this be the linkage or more likely to be the synchro?

What mileage is on it?

Sounds like it could be a worn engine mount.

 

It's got 75k on it, with it having gearchange cables i wondered if these could be adjusted?
