Default 2004 Sebring

Hello Everyone!
I am new to this forum and I am hoping that someone can help me!

I am trying to figure out how to reprogram the buttons behind my steering wheel!

Here is my car info if it helps!

I have a 2004 Sebring Platinum SeriesLimited Edition

Can anyone help me PLEASE. I went to Chrysler but they want like $150 to reprogram it!

Thanks

How did they get 'unprogrammed'? I didn't think they were programable.
