Default 2005 Chrysler Sebring engine won't turn over by hand

i just rebuilt my 2.4L I4 and i could turn over the engine with a ratchet and socket once i was done setting the timing. I proceed to assembling the rest of the engine and put the engine and tranny into the vehicle. when i went to go turn the crank pully so that i can mate the flywheel and torque converter, i could not turn the engine to save my life!! Is is possible that i installed the crank pully on to far or the transmission is slightly misaligned causing a binding situation?

I checked to see if i could turn the engine over after i installed each connecting rod and piston and everything was good, after all 4 was installed, the engine turned over by hand very easily with a little resistance from the new rings.
