Default 2007 Sebring 2.4 L starting issues

Hello everyone,
The engine was having a struggle starting for the last few weeks so I swapped out the Crank position sensor and the cam position sensors. This did not solve the issue and today the engine wouldn't start and left me at the liquor store. I got a jump and with some struggle, the engine started.

I hooked it up to a charger and took the battery to Advance auto. Battery looks to be healthy and good. I removed positive terminal on the battery while the car was running and it did not stop, however the engine did seem like it was going to stop once every 10 seconds. ODBII scanner I have (Cheap one) is telling me the check engine light has 4 codes ( p0004, c0300, u1110 and p1607).

Does anyone have any advice or tips? I'm wondering if the starter is gone, the alternator is bad, or if possibly the PCM/computer is shot. If there is any other info you need please let me know. I'm absolutely stumped.

In addition, it looks like the radio wont start. Everything including ac runs no problem but even with the battery at 100% it still has struggle starting.

I was wrong...Radio does work. Just needed to be turned on...
Alternator is charging and getting 14.2 volts.
- Can the ECM cause a parasitic drain?
- Is there a relay and or a fuse for the ECM that can cause a drain or throw a code for the computer?

Look up those codes on the internet. They seem to be pointing to a fuel system problem. If there's no fuel system problem then it may be a PCM problem, but you first need to rule out the fuel system. Start by getting a handle on fuel system pressure and make sure it's within spec. You should probably consult a service manual. You can buy a subscription to service manuals on line.

I actually replaced the fuel pump 6 months ago and it looks like we are still getting fuel. I was playing around with the fuse box and disconnected the negative terminal and post. We put a light probe in between and saw it light up. The only fluctuation in light we saw was on fuse #7 listed as "Ignition off". Removing it dimmed the light but didnt get rid of it. Do you think the fuse board is bad?

On modern cars the light test really doesn't tell you much. Since the various computers have power all the time you are always going to see it light up. You really need to measure amps to see why you are getting a drain on your battery.

Update:
-Put in a new TIPM. Problem persisted.

-I looked at the battery voltage while cranking and it dipped down below 8 volts. I swapped out the battery and everything worked well. Car started fine and check engine light went away after 3 starts.

-3 days later car would not crank in parking lot. Tried to jump and white smoke came out of starter area. I could hear a clicking sound while trying to start it so I assumed it was the starter solenoid.

-Swapped out starter and it still isnt cranking. Odd part is, the clicking sound continued even with the starter out so I'm confused. It almost sounds like its coming from the passenger side of the engine.
