I have a 2008 Chrysler Sebring

What would cause one of the radiator fans to not come on?

The driver side radiator fan comes on no problem. The passenger side will not come on even with A/C on full blast.

As a test I swapped the plugs for the radiator fans and then it came on but then the drivers side didn’t come on. Which tells me there is an obviously electrical problem somewhere.

The fans are controlled by the computer. They come on based on certain inputs including coolant temperature, etc. They do not necessarily both come on at the same time. If the car is not overheating you probably do not have a problem.
