2008 Sebring transmission cooler...
What's the deal with tranny cooler on the Sebring? Appears to be combined with the A/C heat exchanger...?
I have never had good luck with combination coolers, in general. My last car had the tranny cooler combined with the radiator, and it was a common source of malfunction... I never experienced it, first hand, because I had a dedicated Hayden tranny cooler installed right off the bat when I got it.
I haven't heard of it being a problem associated with the Sebring, or 40TES in general, but I would like to at least explore the possibilty of putting the transmission cooling duties on its own individual cooler.
Any thoughts or experience in this regard?
