2010 Sebring Misfire runs bad
We have a 2010 Sebring When cold runs fine, Gets p2311 and p0304 codes.
I have changed plugs and coil pack on number 4 cylinder and still have the same issue. Compression is 150's on number 4 cylinder.
Need some help figuring this out please.
Thank you

P2311-IGNITION COIL 4 SECONDARY CIRCUIT-INSUFFICIENT IONIZATION
When Monitored:
With the engine running and battery voltage greater than 10.4 volts.
Set Condition:
The PCM detects that the secondary ignition burn time is incorrect or not present. One Trip Fault.
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
INTERMITTENT DTC
(F344) FUSED MAIN RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE
(K15) COIL 4 CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
(K15) COIL 4 CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE
IGNITION COIL 4
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)
P0304-CYLINDER 4 MISFIRE
When Monitored:
Any time the engine is running and the adaptive numerator has been successfully updated.
Set Condition:
If the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects that the variation in crankshaft speed between each cylinder exceeds a calibrated value, based on engine rpm and load, a fault is set.
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM
IGNITION COIL, WIRING, OR CONNECTORS
ECT SENSOR, WIRING, OR CONNECTORS
MAP SENSOR, WIRING, OR CONNECTORS
O2 SENSOR, WIRING, OR CONNECTORS
ENGINE MECHANICAL SYSTEM
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

Thanks for the fast reply, and the info, I will try to check wiring. I have changed the coil pack and the spark plugs. Would you get these codes if it were an injector problem? I can start it up cold, and it runs fine, it only happens after warmed up, and, for instance yesterday, it didnt act up at all. my wife went to town last night, and she didnt know if she would make it back home.
Thanks
Thanks

Help please.
My 2009 sebring is doing the same thing. If you shut it off and turn it back on it runs fine in till you hole the rpms over 3 then the engine light flashes a few times and cylinder 4 misfires in till you turn the car off and back on. Please help. Thank you

parkes or driving. When parked I can rev the motor up to 4 rpm maybe more, haven't tried any higher. When driving if I put it in neutral and turn it off and back on it will run fine for 15 to 30 sec then misfire again.
