Default 96 Sebring distributor change

Would not having the engine at TDC when replacing the distributor cause engine codes: "Intake air sensor voltage out of normal range", "Throttle position sensor voltage high or low. Test the throttle position sensor", and "No camshaft position sensor signal. Problem with the camshaft sensor synchronization circuit"?
