ok so hears a weird one, my friend has a sebring that has a fuel pump issue, we dropped the tank and with it on the ground the cars runs perfect. now i know it sounds like a kinked line but lastnight i put the tank up just enough for the bolts to catch and i could get my hands on the lines and they were all fine, but the car still wont start and pulling the line on the engine shows theres no gas getting to it. i lowered it again and the car runs (this is the 3rd pump and filter ive tried on it) no matter what i do it will not run with the tank in place, on the ground it sounds fine and works fine, in the car it works but has the loud whining sound as if the pump is pumping air. theres a full tank of gas in it now snd no change lol im completely lost
