Default 97 sebring 2.5 that run some times only in idle

first ive check almost every thing yet u say check the circuit. i have three wire on tps and volts were 5.60 on ohm meter what should it read? one more thing after i erase all codes how is it that one or two codes stay before i crank po122 or p0123

The voltagefrom the TPS should be between 0.16 and 4.5 volts. You may need to both replace the sensor AND check for the source of high voltage.

It's best to just "reply" rather than starting a new thread for an old problem.
