I have swapped the old auto dimming mirror for a manual one but the connectors are different. Does anyone have or know where I can buy the manual connector so I can rewire my car to plug into the new manual mirror I have?

Your best bet is a junkyard. It's very unlikely that a dealer would have such a part. Generally, manufacturers carry a part like that for only ten years. Given the tiny market, it's very unlikely that there will exist an aftermarket source. I am guessing, but if you obtained that manual mirror from a junkyard or a similar used-part source, you might be able to go back there and get the plug.
