ABS light on
I've had a new NSF wheel bearing fitted and now the ABS orange warning light is on Does this need resetting to clear? or is there a problem. I would of thought it would clear itself but hasn't.
The question i was asking if there was no fault now would the warning light go out or do you need to reset.the light came on after fitting a new Wheel bearing.

I'm Having to buy a genuine Chrysler Wheel bearing/wheel hub there seem to be no one other that the main dealer in the UK can get this part or equivelant part. Problem is Chryslers price is £230. IMO that is disgusting.
Try rockauto.com. They sell over there.
But be sure you're not throwing expensive parts at a problem before you know what the problem is. Get those codes read first. That's the whole purpose of having error codes.

Hi Dcotter
I've already received the parts from Chrysler, (being fitted Tuesday),the NSF one i had fitted must be wrong hence the ABS problem.tried entering the genuine part number into Rockauto.com came up with nothing. Part no is K05154211AA.(the error code said NSF sensor)this only came on after renewing Wheel Bearing/Hub.
